I Genuinely loved the home buying and selling process each of the three times I've purchased homes in Chattanooga. I enjoy helping friends and family with their own projects big or small and helping my community. I definitely prefer to DO a DIY Home improvement project rather than WATCH one on television.
Purpose: I tell my clients "Don't worry I've got you!"

Candice Neal is our seasoned real estate agent who has acted as Transaction Coordinator on over 100 transactions in the local Tennessee and Georgia real estate market. She works as a full time Agent and as an assistant the the office Broker and Burke French Team. Her expertise lies in property valuations, negotiation, and market analysis, ensuring clients get the best deals and outcomes.
Diane Burke
Managing Broker of the East Office:
Diane Burke wears many hats in the business; co-team leader of Burke | French Homes, Real Estate Partner's East office broker, and a top producing agent. Being a local Realtor for almost twenty years, Diane has built her business on being a strong advocate for her clients, educating her clients and delivering exceptional service. Coming from an Operations background, Diane is also very knowledgeable in home systems and preventative maintenance.
Christa French
Christa French is co-team leader of the Burke | French Homes team. She began her real estate career in 2016, was awarded the Brokerage's Rising Star award and has been crushing her goals ever since. The best interest of her clients is Christa's number one priority and she's got the negotiation skills to deliver! Christa also comes with a strong background in investing and has flipped multiple properties herself. She has a passion for design and helping her clients get the most out of their renovations or updates.
